How Will We Deliver?

For online customer requiring express delivery on orders placed before 2:30pm! to guarantee within 3 to 5 working day delivery.

Saudi Sim offers its customers from 7 working day Recorded Signed for delivery uptil 14 working days. This is however dependent on your location and country. This is subject to stock availability and the courier. You will be advised of any expected delays as soon as possible; however we are unable to be held liable for delays resulting from the reasons given above. For occasional out of stock items please allow 9 days for delivery.

We can deliver your order to your home address, or to an alternate address if that is more convenient. We can also deliver to a third party (e.g. a surprise gift) and can enclose a free gift card on your behalf.

Should you require your order to be delivered to an alternate address please supply the full details of the delivery address during checkouts. It would also assist us to have a daytime phone number and e-mail address for the designated address in the event of any difficulties with the delivery.

Online and postal orders will be acknowledged by e-mail. Any queries that result will be notified immediately by e-mail or phone.

We will e-mail you when your order is dispatched to confirm delivery details.

We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as per your instructions. In most cases a signature is required. If no-one is available to accept delivery, the package will be returned to your local Mailing Sorting Office. A card will be left at your address informing you of how to collect your order.
